Hattem-based logistics software provider FleetGo Group is acquiring Belgian company EuroTracs with support from software investor Main Capital Partners. The company, headquartered in Zottegem, has since 1996 offered integrated software and hardware solutions that enable customers to streamline their order dispatch and execution.
The acquisition of EuroTracs is the second add-on acquisition since Main stepped in to FleetGo, a provider of high-end telematics solutions for transport companies, in September 2022. That month, the investor also bought German Wanko, a provider of warehousing and route optimisation software, merging the two into the FleetGo Group.
The combined company (nearly 20 million euros in turnover with some 150 people) offers warehouse management, transport management and fleet management solutions. The acquisition of EuroTracs adds a transport management system (eTrans) and order execution solution (eConnect), both cloud-based. In addition, the Zottegem-based company is active in France in addition to the Benelux, increasing FleetGo's geographical reach.
As usual, Main as investor will enrich FleetGo Group with new acquisitions. The ultimate goal is to use the software to create smarter fleets with actionable data and insights on driver and fleet performance, as well as vehicle utilisation information and diagnostic information.
