Beumer has completely overhauled and improved its palletiser series paletpac: Installations now include modularly constructed the same or similar components and modules. And where feasible, the system provider has achieved as much identical construction as possible. This reduces the number of parts as a whole and shortens the delivery time. Not only of the machine, but also of spare parts.
BEUMER Group assembles the modules individually and customer-specifically, tests them internally and assembles them in situ. This saves time and costs.
The palletisers offer a long service life even when subjected to extreme loads. "Our BEUMER paletpac series not only considers the product characteristics of the individual packed goods, but also the desired packaging patterns and pallet sizes of our customers," explains Kay Wieczorek, divisional director product business at Beumer.
The installations handle all packaging units very gently. "We have completely redesigned our Beumer paletpac series and are now modular," says Wieczorek. "This offers several advantages for our customers." For example, the system provider can retrofit the machines' power output if required. Whether the system needs to be upgraded at a later stage or damage needs to be repaired - with the new construction method, the user benefits from a clear time advantage.
