MotracLinde is may call itself Best Performing Employer of 2016 in the Forklifts category. The forklift specialist went home with the National Business Success Award (NBSA) award due to its "strong positioning and excellent reputation".
In presenting the annual award, NBSA judges companies across industries on expertise, distinctiveness, innovativeness, ambition, continuity, profit/turnover and growth in FTEs. "MotracLinde manages to combine its immense expertise with an innovative approach, scoring very high on customer satisfaction. Drive, boldness and vision, plus a strong focus on the client make this organisation a top performer," explains the Nomination Committee.
Employees as the hub of the company
As an employer, according to the committee, Motraclinde manages to distinguish itself with a targeted hiring policy and the responsibility it gives its employees. As a result, absenteeism at the company is relatively low. There would be a lot of focus on training and education and the management focuses on clear and open communication. "All news is shared and information is always public, along with detailed explanations of how and why.
