DNA Services B.V. is an independent IT company based in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. DNA was founded in 1994, originating from the IT department of a manufacturing company. Epic Drive customers operate in settings such as fulfilment centres, where more customer orders can be picked per round by using our electric fifth wheel. This allows an employee to easily pick loads of up to 750 kilos without much physical effort. Furthermore, this fifth wheel is positioned in the centre of a trolley, resulting in a small turning circle, which means the trolley can be much longer than anticipated.

There are several ways to utilise this electric fifth wheel. Firstly, we can supply a kit that can be fitted to your existing fleet. This kit consists of a detachable control unit, the wheel and the batteries. In addition, we manufacture aluminium trolleys in the Netherlands in all sizes, featuring the integrated fifth wheel. We also offer a number of other bespoke solutions, where the fifth wheel is used in a specific application, allowing you, for example, to couple a Danish trolley, transport it, carry out your picking process and then leave it in place for loading…

Anna is ExB’s virtual assistant for logistics documents. She reads waybills, transport orders, CMRs, delivery notes, invoices and customs documents, extracts the data and forwards it directly to your TMS or ERP.

Logistics teams spend hours every day retyping data from documents. Anna takes over that work. She recognises incoming documents, extracts the relevant data, checks it against your existing records and transfers it to systems such as CargoWise, Lobster or SAP. From day one, she processes at least 70 per cent of the documents independently; after the first few weeks, this rises to over 95 per cent. If a case is unclear, Anna refers it to a colleague rather than taking a guess.

Anna works alongside your existing software, so there’s no need to replace anything. Freight forwarders, contract logistics providers and companies in the food and chemical logistics sectors use her to free up capacity for order entry, invoice verification and customs clearance.
