Where are we losing money in our operations? Why has that order been put on hold? Are we actually meeting our delivery times?
The answers are already in your systems – in your WMS, TMS, ERP and the twenty Excel files alongside them. They just aren’t coming out.
Why AI alone is not enough
The logistics sector is full of smart technology, and rightly so. But applying an algorithm to messy data only accelerates the chaos. Technology only works when people, processes and systems are aligned. That is why we do not just treat the symptoms; we look for the root cause first.
How we work
First, we look at what’s really going on; then you choose what suits you best. With ToekomstProef, we analyse your data, IT and processes and provide you with a concrete roadmap. The ClearInsights Dashboard brings all your management information together in a single overview. And with BI as a Service, you can entrust your entire BI to us, without having to set up a dedicated department yourself.
We do this at Rabobank and Maastricht City Council, amongst others, as well as at MECC, GaiaZOO and Zeevishandel Zegel.
Discover ClearAssist AI
We’ll call her Claire. She connects to your systems and therefore knows your stock levels, orders and delivery times. Where is that order? Will we meet the delivery deadline? You ask, she answers.
Come and visit us at stand 09.A094
We’ll be demonstrating Claire live and showing you what that could mean for your surgery. Bring along your trickiest question.
SkyClear brings clarity. So does Claire.

Want to secure your logistics more intelligently with AI? Pop by Verkada and Solid Systems for a demo!
Safety and logistics go hand in hand. Warehouses, distribution centres and transport hubs are dynamic environments where goods, vehicles and people are constantly on the move. Verkada helps logistics organisations keep track of what is happening on site, without any hassle and without the need for multiple separate systems.
Verkada has developed smart hardware, combined with a cloud-based physical security platform in which AI plays a central role. Cameras, access control, alarm systems, sensors and visitor management are all brought together in a single environment. Everything can be managed from anywhere, from a single warehouse to dozens of locations spread across multiple countries. Thanks to AI-driven analytics, you can retrieve footage in seconds simply by searching for, for example, a vehicle type, colour or person. The system recognises unusual or suspicious situations and alerts the appropriate teams or individuals, thereby preventing incidents. This reduces the risk of theft, damage and disruptions to your logistics chain.
At this trade fair, we will be presenting Verkada alongside our partner, Solid Systems Group. Solid Systems Group provides advice, implementation and practical support, ensuring that Verkada’s AI technology integrates seamlessly with your organisation’s requirements and processes. Together, we offer a complete solution: from design and installation to management and ongoing development.
Come and visit our stand, watch a live demo and discover how you can make your logistics sites smarter, safer and more efficient with the power of AI.

The Netherlands is facing a shortage of urban space and capacity at multimodal transport hubs, whilst demand for logistics property is increasing. This project is developing a paradigm in which the guiding principle is not expansion, but social value per square metre.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
The Netherlands is grappling with a shortage of urban space and capacity at multimodal transport hubs, whilst demand for logistics property is rising. Congestion, housing for migrant workers, emissions and other impacts have fuelled public resistance and undermined the ‘licence to operate’. This project is developing a paradigm in which the guiding principle is not expansion, but social value per square metre. The aim is to create a data-driven tool and policy frameworks to select locations where logistics activities can offer the highest social added value, in line with the ‘Space Scarcity’ and ‘Labour Market Shortages’ themes of the Logistics Top Sector.
To achieve this aim, we are collaborating with a diverse consortium, which, in addition to academic partners Tilburg University and Erasmus UPT, also includes Midpoint Brabant, DILAS, the Dutch Industrial & Logistics Association, the Municipalities of Waalwijk and Tilburg, Logistics Valley Rivierenland, Jan van den Hogen, Q-Park Nederland and Schiphol Area Development Company N.V. We also maintain close contact with, amongst others, the Office of the Chief Government Architect & Government Advisers, ministries and provincial authorities. In addition to the consortium, SPACE2VALUE is made possible by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management via TKI DINALOG / Top Sector Logistics.

Van Overdijk Stevedoring specialises in the professional and efficient loading and unloading of sea containers. Our experienced stevedores handle, amongst other things, the manual unloading, palletising, sealing, labelling and restacking of goods.
By outsourcing this physically demanding work, you prevent your own staff from becoming overburdened and ensure they remain available for the tasks for which they were actually hired. We operate flexibly and support businesses with both regular container flows and temporary surges and peak periods.
Visit our stand and take part in the ‘Guess the Weight’ competition. Take a look at our pallet of boxes and guess how many kilograms it weighs in total. If you guess the correct weight, you’ll win a great prize!
At the same time, find out how much weight your own staff have to handle when unloading a full container. We’d be happy to tell you how Van Overdijk Stevedoring can take this heavy work off your hands safely, professionally and efficiently.

Who is telematiQs?
telematiQs is an innovative Dutch technology company specialising in advanced telematics and IoT (Internet of Things) solutions for fleet management and mobile assets. With over 25 years’ experience in the sector, the company focuses on transforming raw vehicle and machine data into valuable insights. This enables organisations to improve their efficiency, safety and operational performance.
At the heart of telematiQs’ offering is a fully integrated approach that combines hardware, firmware, connectivity and data services. Epic Drive customers operate in settings such as fulfilment centres, where more customer orders can be picked per round by using our electric fifth wheel. This allows an employee to easily pick loads of up to 750 kilos without much physical effort. Furthermore, this fifth wheel is positioned in the centre of a trolley, resulting in a small turning circle, which means the trolley can be much longer than anticipated.
There are several ways to utilise this electric fifth wheel. Firstly, we can supply a kit that can be fitted to your existing fleet. This kit consists of a detachable control unit, the wheel and the batteries. In addition, we manufacture aluminium trolleys in the Netherlands in all sizes, featuring the integrated fifth wheel. We also offer a number of other bespoke solutions, where the fifth wheel is used in a specific application, allowing you, for example, to couple a Danish trolley, transport it, carry out your picking process and then leave it in place for loading…
This improvement in ergonomics and productivity can be seen as a cost-effective solution before you move to an automated warehouse. Staff still have to walk, but it is so much simpler and more efficient that our electric wheel solutions represent a logical next step from your current manual warehouse processes.
We’ll be showcasing our applications at the trade fair, so please feel free to try them out and see for yourself just how easily our fifth wheel gets a heavy cart moving. We hope to see you there!
