Van de totale oppervlakte van ruim 50 hectare is nog maar 10 hectare beschikbaar.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>Ook over de&nbsp;kavels die nog beschikbaar&nbsp;zou al worden gesproken&nbsp;met afnemers. In 2017 is 11 hectare verkocht. Een van die afnemers is vastgoedbelegger WDP, die onlangs nog 4 hectare grond kocht voor een nieuw te bouwen&nbsp;distributiecentrum van 20.000 vierkante meter. Dit pand komt&nbsp;naast bestaande gebouwen die zijn verhuurd aan Rapid Logistics en Kuehne + Nagel.</p>\n<p>Het bedrijventerrein&nbsp;is door de strategische ligging ten opzichte van Schiphol&nbsp;en de A5 en A9&nbsp;met name&nbsp;in trek bij logistiek dienstverleners. Toch worden er ook meerdere datacenters gebouwd. Hiervoor zal&nbsp;in de omgeving&nbsp;een nieuw transformatorstation worden geplaatst.
