Op de eigen website meldt het vastgoedbedrijf dat het&nbsp;acht logistieke units wil ontwikkelen, bedoeld voor meerdere huurders. De logistieke hallen krijgen een totale oppervlakte van 85 duizend&nbsp;vierkante meter, met een mezzaninevloer van tienduizend&nbsp;vierkante meter. De overige ruimte is bedoeld voor kantoren.&nbsp;\n</p>\n<h2>Europark Coevorden</h2>\n<p>&#8220;Het Europark heeft zeer goede transportverbindingen met België, Scandinavië, Duitsland, Polen en de Baltische staten&#8221;, schrijft Gazeley. &#8220;Bovendien rijden er goederentreinen tussen Coevorden en Rotterdam en Coevorden en Malmö.&#8221;&nbsp;\n</p>\n<h2>Multi-user dc</h2>\n<p>Gazeley is nog&nbsp;op zoek naar potentiële huurders voor het&nbsp;<span class=\"redactor-invisible-space\">multi-user&nbsp;distributiecentrum<span class=\"redactor-invisible-space\">. De Duitse projectontwikkelaar heeft&nbsp;logistiek vastgoed in Groot-Brittannië, Duitsland, Frankrijk, Italië, Spanje en Nederland.
