Het pand van 50.000 vierkante meter moet eind 2021 klaar zijn voor gebruik.</strong></p>\n<p>De dienstverlener voor autobedrijven&nbsp;centraliseert in Berkel en Rodenrijs alle logistieke activiteiten. De operaties in Amsterdam, Hoevelaken, Schiedam en Venlo verhuizen&nbsp;tegen 2021 naar het nieuwe pand op&nbsp;bedrijventerrein Oudeland.&nbsp;\n</p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"/uploads/content/logistiekprofs/image/heembouw-fource-logistics-exterieur.jpg\">\n</p>\n<p>Het gebouw draagt de&nbsp;bijnaam ‘The Bridge’,&nbsp;verwijzend&nbsp;naar&nbsp;de centrale entree op de eerste verdieping.&nbsp;Op dit centrale plein&nbsp;bevinden zich bijna alle ondersteunende faciliteiten, zoals kantoren, kleedruimten, kantine en&nbsp;trainingsruimten. De overige&nbsp;49.000 vierkante meter wordt ingericht&nbsp;als&nbsp;magazijnruimte.&nbsp;\n</p>\n<h2>Automatisering</h2>\n<p>Het magazijn wordt ingericht met een volautomatisch shuttlesysteem en aangestuurd door een nieuw WMS.&nbsp;“Onze producten nog sneller bij onze klanten, dat is uiteindelijk het doel. Met deze combinatie van technieken kunnen we daar echt het verschil in maken”, geeft sales directeur Johan van der Hoeven aan. “Ik vind het geweldig dat wij als organisatie deze stap maken. We willen voorop blijven lopen en met dit CDC kunnen we dat zeker realiseren.”\n</p>\n<p><span class=\"redactor-invisible-space\"></span>\n</p>\n<h2>BREEAM Excellent</h2>\n<p>Fource Logistics mikt bij de bouw op&nbsp;duurzaamheidslabel&nbsp;BREEAM Excellent.
