Real estate company Warehouse de Pauw (WDP) is investing 30 million in logistics property in Belgium. The money will go towards the redevelopment of an existing logistics property and the realisation of a new building complex.

WDP is setting up a new-build project of 30,000 square metres in Zellik for Euro Pool System. Tenant Antalis is currently located there. For this tenant, WDP is redeveloping an existing distribution centre to which it can move, freeing up space for the new-build complex for Euro Pool System. The building Antalis is occupying covers 8,000 square metres, including 6,000 square metres of existing construction and 2,000 square metres of new construction.

The newly built complex in Zellik, located in the Belgian province of Flemish Brabant, is due for completion in autumn 2017. The total investment is some 30 million euros, with WDP assuming an initial gross rental yield of 7 per cent.
