Logistics property developer Prologis has leased all buildings at Prologis Park Arena in Amsterdam-Zuidoost. Tesla, IKEA and Athlon already rented space at the park. Thanks to Prologis' lease agreement with an international data centre last week, the entire park is now leased.

The international data centre rents a part of the buildings with an area of 6,500 square metres. The logistics park in Amsterdam consists of two buildings, which also house the other tenants. To meet the tenants' requirements and make the Prologis Arena Park future-proof, the real estate company renovated the exterior of the buildings. By doing so, Prologis wanted to improve both the appearance and sustainability of the buildings.

Bram Verhoeven, country manager, Prologis Benelux: "We are delighted that we have now leased the entire park. The renovation fits with our vision of wanting to be a long-term partner for customers, investor and municipalities, which is why we also continue to invest in our existing buildings."
