DHG leases a distribution centre of approximately 17,000 square metres in The Hague to de Jong Verpakking, producer of cardboard packaging. The company will use the location as additional space for storage and distribution.

DHG is developing three distribution centres at risk on the Harnaschpolder industrial estate in The Hague, i.e. building without having tenants for the premises in advance. The premises, collectively called Smartlog The Hague, have a total area of 50,000 square metres.

A lease agreement has been signed with De Jong Verpakking for one of the distribution centres, consisting of 15,257 square metres of warehouse, 370 square metres of office space and 1,566 square metres of mezzanine. In addition, it also leases 4,233 square metres of outdoor space.

De Jong Verpakking designs, produces and delivers trays and boxes in-house from its headquarters in De Lier. The logistics site at Harnaschpolder is intended as additional space. From here, the carton producer has good access to the national road network, Schiphol and The Hague-Rotterdam airports, the Port of Rotterdam and the Westland region.
