Cabka will present its latest developments in products for the circular economy at the LogiMAT trade fair. The company will introduce for the first time two advanced load carriers designed to meet the changing needs of customers committed to environmental sustainability: the new BigBag S5 pallet and the new foldable large container, CabFold Hybrid.
Cabka develops not only innovative, but also sustainable solutions that reduce environmental impact and meet the requirements of modern logistics processes. In close cooperation with its customers, Cabka has developed two innovations that are now being presented to the public for the first time.
Safe BigBag transport
The BigBag S5 pallet is the result of a collaboration between Red Bull and Cabka with the aim of optimising the transport of ingredients and promoting sustainability. This specially designed pallet, made of 100% recycled plastic, allows for a closed loop between Red Bull's facilities in Europe and the US. With dimensions of 1150 x 950 x 150 mm and a load capacity of 1000 kg, the BigBag S5 provides a remarkable reduction (20%) in container transport by making efficient use of space in standard shipping containers.
This pallet is not only environmentally friendly, but also made to improve the handling and protection of Big Bags during transport, ensuring the safety of valuable contents. The design offers exceptional stability for double stacking, protection against damage during pallet handling, compatibility with roller tracks, four insertion directions and a deck design that centres the Big Bag load, improving stability during transport. Cabka is now extending this pallet solution to other companies that regularly ship Big Bags in shipping containers and are looking for superior protection for their valuable cargo.
