In the first two weeks of July, the Dutch ict takeover market did not fall silent. Apparently, many parties wanted to complete their transactions before the summer holidays. Computable lists thirteen more interesting acquisitions and investments that certainly do not go in a dozen. The Digital Neighborhood & Fullstaq/Beyond Blue (1), Exponent & TestingCo (2), Techone & Prolinq (3), FononTech & a group of investors (4), Holland Capital & Chainresult/Supply Chain Company (5), SendCloud & Tracey (6), Main Capital Partners & Alfa eCare/Sirenia (7), Lighthouse software & Questionnaire Manager/Philips VitalHealth (8), Interface Group & Matchcare (9), Archipel Academy & Quofox (10), Outtask & Aspen Digital (11), United Playgrounds & De Nieuwe Zaak (12) and Nobears Group & Muntz (13).

1) The Digital Neighborhood, a growing community of eleven independent technology companies specialising in all things data, Microsoft and cloud, adds Fullstaq and Beyond Blue to its brand portfolio. Lexmond-based Fullstaq (founded in 2016, over 30 employees) provides cloud-native it services and specialises in Kubernetes. It is the parent company behind Beyond Blue. This unit guides companies in their search within Microsoft Azure.

Within The Digital Neighborhood (formerly Broad Horizon), Fullstaq will work closely with True, which specialises in managed hosting and cloud technology. The conglomerate now consists of 12 independently operating it companies with a total of almost 1,300 employees with clients in the Benelux, Germany and Scandinavia. In addition to Fullstaq and True, these include DMP, Pink Elephant, Cmotions, Focus Enterprise Solutions, GAC, Delegate, Projectum, 2Foqus, Sulava and Iquality.

2) UK investor Exponent is getting into TestingCo, a software testing platform and holding company of labels Bartosz, Squerist and Ptwee. Exponent will support the management team, led by Vincent Verhelst, to further implement the ambitious growth agenda of Veenendaal-based TestingCo.

The current investor, Green Park Investment Partners, remains persistent. In 2019, this Ghent-based investment company bought into test specialist Bartosz to add industry peers Squerist and Ptwee in 2022.

3) ICT group Techone has bought ProlinQ. Founded in 2016, this Wormer-based company provides a total package of it and communication solutions to SMEs. Before that, ProlinQ itself acquired Easyvoip in 2020. The company will continue to exist as an independent operating 'unit' within Techone. However, the current office in Wormer will be exchanged for a new office in Purmerend, where ProlinQ will share office premises with Techone subsidiary Net4it (ITSD & Provide SME).

Prolinq is acquisition number 31 for Techone. Earlier this year, it bought Felloo, an Almelo-based managed service provider. Techone, backed by investor Nedvest, has the ambition to become a major ICT player in the Dutch SME market through acquisitions.
