If you are registered as an exhibitor, you will have access to My Jaarbeurs where you can arrange all kinds of things, including technology, services, food & beverages and facilities.

Not an exhibitor yet, but curious about the possibilities? Via the link below, you can already take a look at this portal. This will give you an idea of the possibilities. Fill in '0' (zero) at stand number and select 'Webshop - event 3 days'.

Zero-emission and environmental zone

Since 1 January 2025, the municipality of Utrecht has had a zero-emission zone. A zero-emission zone is an area where only zero-emission company cars and trucks are allowed to drive, with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions. Jaarbeurs lies within the zero-emission zone and environmental zone. This means that you are not allowed to park or load and unload on our (parking) area if your vehicle does not meet the admission requirements.

Gourmet catering

For over 100 years, Jaarbeurs has been catering for organisers, exhibitors and visitors. From a lunch delivered to the stand, an expert barista, to a fully catered drink.

At Jaarbeurs, we understand and motivate you to create your own atmosphere during the fair, including providing food and drinks at your stand.
