Flamco moves its operation from Bunschoten to Almere. A business complex of crica 34,000 square metres will be built on the Stichtsekant industrial estate, containing a distribution centre with a loading and unloading pit, production space and offices.
Flamco offers technical products and systems in the field of heating, cooling and solar installations. The company leases the new space from Garbe Industrial Real Estate, a German real estate player committed to growth Netherlands.
The new location offers Flamco more space for its operation. Moreover, the location is easily accessible due to its direct location on the A27 motorway.
All technology in the new building - heating, cooling and solar - will come from Flamco itself. The systems will be placed in plain sight so that the company can present its own products and applications directly in the new building.
At the end of February, construction partner Aan de Stegge Twello will start the piling work. The business complex will be delivered turnkey early next year.
