German property developer Gazeley has plans for a 9.9-hectare logistics centre at Europark business park near Coevorden.
Gazeley has its eye on a 20-hectare plot, of which it wants to build around 10 hectares. On its own website, the property company reports that it wants to develop eight logistics units, intended for multiple tenants. The logistics halls will have a total area of 85 thousand square metres, with a mezzanine floor of ten thousand square metres. The remaining space is intended for offices.
Europark Coevorden
"Europark has very good transport links to Belgium, Scandinavia, Germany, Poland and the Baltic states," Gazeley writes. "Moreover, goods trains run between Coevorden and Rotterdam and Coevorden and Malmö."
Multi-user DC
Gazeley is still looking for potential tenants for the multi-user distribution centre. The German property developer has logistics properties in the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the Netherlands. Tenants include players such as Amazon, UPS and Volkswagen.
