Logistics service provider Nabuurs is building a new distribution centre in the Brabant town of Haps. The new site must accommodate increasing goods volumes.
The premises will have an area of 13,000 square metres, consisting of a warehouse, shipping area and a loading and unloading pit. 300 square metres have been planned for offices, canteen and washrooms. "The building meets the demand for more space due to increasing goods volumes," says Ruud Schneijdenberg, Facilities Manager Nabuurs.
The construction is being carried out by AGV Wegenbouw and Bouwbedrijf van de Ven. Groundwork started in June. Completion is scheduled for the end of December.
