Fox Global Logistics is moving into a new distribution centre on the Oudeland industrial estate in Berkel en Rodenrijs. The logistics service provider leases the 20,250-square-metre building for a period of at least ten years.
At the end of March, Fox Global Logistics received the key from Heembouw and Aviva Investors. The property consists of a warehouse of approximately 17,500 square metres, 700 square metres of office space and a mezzanine of 2,050 square metres.
Heembouw started the initial construction work in September 2020, with the site ready for occupancy at the end of March. Upon completion, the building received sustainability certification BREEAM Very Good.
