Aan de Stegge Twello is building a distribution centre at Schiphol Logistics Park, commissioned by Dufort Vastgoed. The distribution centre will consist of nine independent business units.

Today, the first pile of the distribution centre, named Logistics Court Amsterdam Airport, was driven into the ground. The distribution centre will be built on a plot of over 24,000 square metres and will comprise over 13,000 square metres of warehouse space, 2,600 square metres of office space, 1,800 square metres of mezzanine space and 105 parking spaces. The centre can be divided into up to nine independent units. Each unit will have its own entrance and at least two loading docks and an overhead door.

Sustainable applications will give the distribution centre energy label A++. The roof can be covered with solar panels in the future, enabling the project to meet its own electricity needs in the long term.

Logistics Court Amsterdam Airport is scheduled for completion in early 2020.
