Yusen Logistics is moving into a second distribution centre in Moerdijk. From the 24,000-square-metre property, it wants to facilitate multiple customers.
The warehouse will have 24 loading docks, 3,550 square metres of mezzanine and 1,200 square metres of office space. Completion is scheduled for the end of this year.
Yusen Logistics opened its first distribution centre in Moerdijk last year, a location the logistics provider says offers excellent connections to the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp the airports Schiphol and Brussels-Zaventem and destinations inland in Europe.
With the opening of a second warehouse at the same business park, Yusen Logistics hopes to improve efficiency, among other things. The building is intended for storage and logistics activities for various clients from multiple sectors. Yusen also wants to develop e-commerce activities there.
