Soft drinks producer Refresco is moving into a new distribution centre in in Sittard. The new logistics site allows products to be stored 'more sustainably and efficiently'.
De Wijnen Bouwgroep, which developed the building on behalf of Next Level Development, mentioned the completion of the new distribution centre on LinkedIn. The building is located at industrial estate Industriepark-Noord and has an area of almost 30,000 square metres. Improved product storage will allow Refresco Benelux to improve its logistics processes, writes de Wijnen Bouwgroep.
The Refresco Group, of which Refresco Benelux is part, operates worldwide as a producer of soft drinks and fruit juices. The company has five production sites in the Benelux, including one in Sittard. Here, canned products are mainly filled and packaged.
