Managing director of GLS Netherlands, Luuk Speksnijder is a guest in the new episode of Camiel Hemminga's podcast 'Talent-In'.
During the episode, he shares his views on talent, development and growth within the logistics market.
In the new episode of 'Talent-In', the podcast on talent development, Luuk Speksnijder talks about the importance of motivation, mindset and culture fit within the quest to discover your talent. As far as he is concerned, not only education and experience play a role in developing your talents in the sector. It is also about building strong teams and the role of leadership therein. Within GLS, the core value 'we put people first' also features in the search for talent development.
Within presenter Camiel Hemminga's podcast, the guest also takes centre stage with his own talent. In it, Speksnijder talks about his development from history student in Paris and Oxford via McKinsey to Managing Director of GLS Netherlands.
Speksnijder spoke on the mainstage of Logistica Next and ICT&Logistics at the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht last November. He spoke about the investments GLS is making in smart digital solutions, robots and sustainability across Europe. Its parcel network now stretches from Lisbon to Helsinki, and from Dublin to Athens.
The podcast 'Talent-In with Luuk Speksnijder' can now be listened to via the popular podcast platforms.
