Bicycle manufacturer VanMoof is entering into a partnership with DSV Multi-Channel Fulfilment. DSV will be responsible for VanMoof's fulfilment of online orders.

VanMoof sells e-bikes from physical shops in cities such as Amsterdam, Tokyo and New York and also operates online. The company now works with DSV for the online process.

The implementation of the processes is already underway. The first VanMoof models are expected to be in one of DSV MCF's warehouses in Moerdijk this year. Eventually, thousands of bikes will be stored there. There is plenty of room for that: by the end of 2020, DSV in Moerdijk will gradually get access to 25,000 square metres of storage space.

The cooperation with DSV follows after VanMoof raised an investment of 33 million euros. In total, the Dutch bicycle manufacturer received over 61 million euros in growth money. With the current capital injection, VanMoof aims to meet increased demand and shorten delivery times, among other things.
