CaptureTech and SDT Informatics are moving ahead together in Belgium. The companies - active in optimising logistics processes with Automatic Identification Techniques - believe they will be able to serve customers better by joining forces.
CaptureTech and SDT Informatics both specialise in solutions such as voice recognition, barcode scanning, RFID and label printing. In the coming months, SDT and CaptureTech's Belgian branch will be fully integrated. The new name of the merged company will be CaptureTech Belgium. The former owners of SDT will take their place in the new management.
Axel Lambot and Bart van den Borre will take up the day-to-day management. Guido Van den Mooter will manage and further develop the technical team. "By joining forces and integrating the two companies, we have a wonderful basis to serve our customers in Belgium even better in optimising logistics processes, both in terms of implementation and support, as well as logistics software development and ICT management," said Bart van den Borre, director of CaptureTech in Belgium. "In addition, SDT's customer base fits seamlessly with our organisation and our plans for further growth."
