GreyOrange and Hai Robotics extend their collaboration. Both companies have been partners for more than two years and have completed more than 10 projects together. By combining GreyOrange's software and Hai Robotics' hardware, they aim to increase the capacity, storage density and flexibility of their solutions.
Among other things, GreyOrange and Hai Robotics have set up fulfilment centres for the largest retailer in the United States and one of the largest fashion retailers in the world. This showed that both companies combined have a unique offering for closer warehouses and distribution centres. In doing so, the software platform GreyMatter is used to integrate the autonomous mobile robots from both Hai and GreyOrange and operate on a single grid.
Ten metres high
Hai Robotics' storage system - powered by its mobile goods handling robots - offers flexibility and high storage density for totes, trays, boxes or oversized items. Hai's goods-to-man systems can be built using virtually any industry standard racking and bins. The system can handle heights of up to ten metres and can store bins five deep.

The combination with GreyOrange's GreyMatter platform creates a unique solution that can ensure maximum operational efficiency, faster order processing and improved order accuracy. The collaboration of these two companies provides a unified solution across technologies, while offering the ability to adapt to spikes in demand and ever-changing consumer behaviour.
