The logistics world is changing rapidly. AI and automation are no longer a vision of the future, but daily reality. Companies are looking for ways to make their processes smarter, safer and more efficient. Scrumble shows at ICT&Logistics how embedded AI agents contribute to this in concrete terms: systems that independently learn, decide and cooperate with people - transparent, explainable and with direct operational value. This creates a new balance between technology and human insight, laying the foundation for the smart, autonomous supply chain of the future.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and your company?
We are leading supply chain players through the AI revolution. With our embedded agents, we automate operational processes - from order intake to customer service - so that people can focus on what really adds value. What sets us apart: we do not build generic tools, but embedded solutions that deliver tangible efficiency on the shop floor, so that human expertise is deployed only where it delivers the most value.
What is the innovation you are showing at the fair, and what makes it unique?
We show an AI-driven demo in which an embedded agent automatically processes unstructured order intake data, comparing it with historical/forecast data. The software detects deviations, explains why something deviates and suggests an action, and where human judgement is needed, the system grabs back to the user in a controlled way. It shows how autonomous AI agents are integrated into existing logistics systems (ERP, WMS, TMS), as a practical tool with immediate ROI. In addition, the demo also illustrates our approach: secure-by-design, human-in-the-loop and value-first, not tech-first. What we will show is just one example of what is possible.
What trends or challenges in the market prompted this development?
The logistics sector is struggling with staff shortages, error-prone processes and fragmented data. At the same time, the need to digitise is growing, but the threshold remains high. Our innovation responds to this: we show that AI can be reliable and transparent, with control, explanation and traceability, so that employees experience it as enhancement, not threat/replacement.
How does your solution help improve the logistics process or operations?
Our solutions bring peace to operations. By making processes work together smarter, from order to invoice, companies save time, reduce errors and structurally lower costs. At the same time, more insight, predictability and a better customer experience are created: efficiency that is not only measurable, but tangible throughout the chain.

What can visitors expect when they stop by your stand?
We show how different types of orders are automatically processed and reviewed, including deviation detection, and notifications when human control is needed. Visitors will experience what transparency and control in AI decisions looks like, via the AI assurance score and the decision logic view. They can also count on a good spa session: on processes, optimisation and where AI can already deliver returns within their organisation today.
Why should visitors really not miss your stand?
Because we don't sell AI as future music, but as workable reality. Visitors will get to see how embedded AI agents are already delivering value in logistics, safely, explainably and practically. And they are guaranteed to go home with concrete ideas to make their own processes smarter.
What is your vision for the future of the sector?
We see a future where logistics runs autonomously and predictably. The industry is moving towards connected ecosystems where data, AI and human expertise come together to minimise waste and maximise value. AI handles standard work, identifies deviations and prevents errors before they have an impact. As a result, efficiency increases structurally, lead times become shorter and human insight remains necessary only for exceptions. In this, Scrumble + Bankai want to be the tech partner that makes innovation practical. Step by step, safely and with measurable results.
