Utrecht, 11 November 2025 - Last week, Royal Jaarbeurs transformed into the meeting point for innovation and collaboration during the ICT&Logistics and Logistica Next trade shows. Over 300 exhibitors and 150 speakers presented ground-breaking solutions: from robot firsts and AI solutions to declarations of intent for a joint data structure. In doing so, ICT&Logistics and Logistica Next joined forces for the first time in an annual combined trade fair. A milestone for the sector. The motto 'Say yes to Future Logistics' emphasised that digital transformation is no longer future music, but is taking shape now. Reactions were unanimously positive: exhibitors praised the quality of encounters and the strategic nature of both fairs.

Valuable meetings that lead to innovation

Benelux's largest logistics trade shows collectively welcomed 8,500 visitors. Corien den Ouden, trade show manager: "Exhibitors are unanimously enthusiastic about the quality of the visitors and the discussions. That is exactly what this fair is all about: valuable meetings that lead to cooperation and innovation. Our survey shows that as many as 90 per cent of exhibitors plan to participate again next year. This confirms that ICT&Logistics and Logistica Next are the leading trade shows for the logistics sector in the Benelux."

Technology and chain transformation central

Robotics firsts, AI solutions and digital resilience dominated the exhibition floor. They also worked on a common core set of primary data for logistics chains. Corien den Ouden, exhibition manager: "The convergence of technology, logistics and knowledge sharing emphasises that processes are changing ever faster. Those who don't move now will soon be behind." Exhibitors subscribe to this urgency. Exhibitor Christian Fiedler of Exotec: "Logistica Next brings together the right decision-makers and innovators. It is the place to present our latest Skypod® developments and engage with professionals who really understand the challenges we are solving. The energy and curiosity on the show floor made every meeting valuable."

Automation and intralogistics on the move

The dynamics on the exhibition floor showed that automation is evolving at lightning speed. Exhibitor Maaike Rotteveel of Jungheinrich: "Developments follow each other in quick succession, but we are also taking steps towards the entry-level segment of electric forklifts and pallet trucks. Logistica Next is the place to show AntOn as an exhibition first." Collaboration was also the focus. Exhibitor Daphne Lugtenborg of Toyota Material Handling stressed, "ICT&Logistics is the biggest event in the sector for us. For the first time, we presented together with Vanderlande and viastore under the banner of Toyota Automated Logistics Group. This is how we show how we support the entire chain."

The next edition of ICT&Logistics and Logistica Next will take place from 3 to 5 November 2026 at Royal Jaarbeurs.

International step: LogiNext Germany

Jaarbeurs announced earlier this autumn the new trade fair LogiNext Germany, which will take place in Hamburg on 14 and 15 April 2026. This brand new trade fair is the result of a joint venture with Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH and builds on the success of the Dutch trade fairs ICT&Logistics and Logistica Next. With LogiNext Germany, Jaarbeurs offers a powerful platform for international professionals from the logistics sector to come together, innovate and share knowledge. The fair focuses on current themes such as supply chain management, transport, digitalisation and sustainable logistics.
