Temu, the global online marketplace, and PostNL, the logistics provider of postal e-commerce solutions in the Netherlands, have signed a letter of intent to strengthen logistics cooperation and provide a user-friendly fulfilment experience for consumers and sellers in Europe.
The collaboration combines Temu's expertise in e-commerce and supply chains with PostNL's capabilities in parcel handling, transport and logistics.
As part of the agreement, Temu will offer several delivery options, including out-of-home delivery through PostNL's growing nationwide network of parcel vending machines and through various retail outlets, enhancing the out-of-home delivery experience for consumers.
PostNL will provide logistics solutions for Temu's Local Seller Programme, making it easier for sellers in the Netherlands and other markets to ship their parcels with PostNL within the Netherlands and with Spring GDS within Europe, enabling them to reach new customers and grow their business.

Temu has been active in the Dutch market since 2023 and opened the platform to local sellers last year. Since then, it has offered companies in the Netherlands and Europe a cost-effective channel to reach new customers and expand their business.
