First joint edition of ICT&Logistics and Logistica Next in annual format: 4 to 6 November 2025 in Utrecht

Utrecht, 3 July 2025 - From 4 to 6 November 2025, the ICT&Logistics and Logistica Next trade fairs will take place at Royal Jaarbeurs. The trade fairs are the meeting place for professionals from the logistics sector, with an emphasis on technological innovation and future-oriented solutions. Under the central theme 'Say yes to Future Logistics', over 300 exhibitors, 150 speakers and 10 knowledge institutions such as TLN, evofenedex and Logistiek Digitaal present the latest developments in areas such as digitalisation, automation and zero emission. The exhibitions offer an up-to-date overview of trends and applications within warehouse management, mobile robots, AI and sustainable supply chains, among others. ICT&Logistics and Logistica Next focus on sharing knowledge, facilitating networking and offering concrete solutions for current and future logistics challenges.

Smart supply chains on the rise: technology accelerates logistics transformation
The transformation of the logistics sector takes centre stage during ICT&Logistics and Logistica Next. New technologies such as AI, robotisation and automation play a key role in this. For instance, AI is increasingly used for predictive analytics, dynamic route planning and real-time decision making. At the same time, mobile and collaborative robots improve flexibility and efficiency in warehouses and distribution centres. "Logistics is becoming smarter and more self-managing," says Corien den Ouden, exhibition manager of ICT&Logistics and Logistica Next. "These developments are not only changing processes, but also cooperation within the chain. Organisations that invest in this are taking important steps towards a future-proof and agile supply chain."

Innovation pressure forces acceleration
Starting this year, Logistica Next will take place annually with ICT&Logistics. This choice was prompted by a clear movement in the market: the need for regular meetings, knowledge sharing and insight into the latest innovations is growing rapidly. Whereas previously a biennial rhythm was sufficient, the current speed of development in intralogistics requires a different approach. Corien den Ouden: "The intralogistics sector is developing at lightning speed due to innovations such as AI, robotics and data analysis. What was innovative yesterday has already been overtaken today. Technological advances, labour shortages and rising customer expectations mean that the time has come to adjust the pace of the trade show to match that of the market. Record interest from exhibitors shows that the industry is ready. With a sold-out show floor as evidence, the move to an annual frequency is a clear response to market demand."

By organising the fair annually, Logistica Next not only provides an up-to-date picture of the sector, but also encourages innovation and progress in the field of smart, data-driven and sustainable supply chains.
