Forecast and optimise
Metrica forecasts demand per item from years of history, then turns that forecast into a concrete proposal: which item on which location, which container at which moment. That second step — mathematical optimisation using operations research — is what a dashboard or a standalone forecasting model won't give you. And it stays transparent: you can always see why a proposal beats the current situation.
