BLOM Opleidingen wants to help unemployed forklift drivers without a valid forklift certificate get back to work. Together with Heftruckwerk.nl, the training provider has set up its own training fund so that it can offer training for this group of unemployed people at the very lowest rates.

The training fund is valid until 31 March 2016. The rates apply only to unemployed forklift drivers without a certificate who want to undergo training at their own expense.
The unemployed forklift truck driver then has the certainty that he or she will receive proper training. For employers and employment agencies, there is the certainty that well-instructed forklift truck drivers will enter.

Earlier, BLOM Opleidingen wrote about choosing the right training. There would currently be a proliferation of (online) forklift training courses on the market. Cheap courses are attractive, especially for unemployed forklift drivers. However, the danger is that the trainee is not adequately trained. With the fund, BLOM training may want to prevent unemployed drivers from choosing a cheap option.
