Docdata, before being sold to Ingram Micro, posted a profit of 6.8 million euros. The sale to Ingram Micro subsequently yielded a book profit of 121.1 million euros. Parent company Ingram Micro is now in Chinese hands. It was sold to the Tianjin Tianhai company.

Docdata this morning published figures for the past year. In 2015 (up to the sale to Ingram Micro on 18 December), it posted a turnover of 166 million euros, up sharply from 2014. Back then, Docdata posted sales of 147 million euros. The increase is notable because Docdata not only lost Zalando as a customer, but also V&D. Nevertheless, Docdata thinks it will be able to attract more large customers under the new owner.

Ingram Micro was sold to Tianjin Tianhai for $6 billion. Tianjin Tianhai is part of HNA Group, a Chinese conglomerate also active in logistics. The payment will be completed in cash in the second half of the year.
