Logistics services provider Ceva is considering going public. This reports the Telegraph based on sources close to the possible IPO.

Ceva would announce the plans before the summer. According to the Telegraaf, it is about an IPO in Amsterdam. Earlier, New York was also considered, as well as another European stock exchange outside the eurozone. Major shareholder Apollo is also said to have previously considered a private sale of the company. The Amsterdam IPO is currently as good as certain, the newspaper writes.

Ceva is engaged in logistics services for the automotive, electronics and media industries in particular. Ceva as we know it today previously operated as TNT Logistics. In 2006, TNT split off the division, after which Apollo became major shareholder. Ceva operates in 160 countries, employs 41,000 people and has 1,000 warehouses.
