Transport en Logistiek Nederland (TLN) is coming up with a training course for persons who are going to take over a company. In many of the cases, it involves a family business. The entrepreneurs' association for road transport companies and logistics service providers offers the master class under the branch ofJongTLN.
JongTLN: "An important part of JongTLN's constituency is formed by individuals who will eventually have to manage and take over the (family) business. Growing to that ultimate position is a process of several years and demands a lot from the young entrepreneur. Therefore, JongTLN members regularly asked whether the circle could contribute to this." The master class will start in September and will be offered to members of the entrepreneurial association .
Teaching material
TLN will cooperate with the Expertise Centre Family Businesses at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences in Zwolle. Topics covered include strategy, leadership and management, as well as succession and transfer.
