The Top Coaches for Top Talent coaching programme will restart in early 2017 with a new batch of graduating Logistics students. Organisers TLN, EVO and logistics hbo's are looking for logistics companies that want to coach fourth-year students for this purpose.
The tenth edition of the programme will start early next year. Every year, ten to twenty ambitious Logistics students from ten different colleges are chosen to participate in the programme. Through the programme, the initiators hope to build a bridge between theory and practice. "The selected students not only carry out a graduation internship at the company, but are prepared for work practice in a broader form. This not only covers the aspect of logistics knowledge, but especially competences that are increasingly important in the labour field, such as leadership, communicative and social competences and the application of knowledge and insight," TLN writes.
Companies that want to participate must have a coach available to guide the student during the process. In addition, they must offer a graduation assignment that matches the student's level and development. Interested companies can apply through TLN.
