Logistics service provider HSF Logistics has merged with N&K Spedition with effect from 1 January. The two parties have been working together since 2007. With the merger, the companies hope to strengthen their current position in the international logistics food sector.

Together, the companies now have branches in the Netherlands, England, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Lithuania, Spain and Morocco. The European service provider offers refrigerated transport, packaging solutions, warehousing, value added logistics, intermodal transport and air freight. The company now employs some 1,500 people.

The companies see offering a European network with different modes of transport as a must as European food producers sell more internationally.
