UK-based CX Euro, which links courier companies with potential loads, is doing business in the Netherlands.

In our country, CX Euro will act as an online platform where couriers can exchange rides. By working together smartly, empty kilometres can be combated. Courier companies can use the platform to find potential loads, report empty kilometres and tools to inform customers about delivery times.

The platform further offers real-time insight into the location and status of journeys and provides integration with the solutions of TMS and GPS vendors. CX Euro is the European equivalent of the UK Courier Exchange and Haulage Exchange, two platforms of the Transport Exchange Group (TEG). The Transport Exchange Group has been operating since 2000. Its aim was and is to exchange freight. The two platforms in Britain now have more than 15,000 active users, according to TEG.
