Mediamarkt is facing delays in the delivery of online orders due to a major theft at its distribution centre in Nieuwegein.
During the night from Monday to Tuesday, mobile phones, tablets and laptops were reportedly stolen from the distribution centre on the Inunadatiedok. Police are still looking for the culprits. MediaMarkt cannot dispatch orders while police are investigating.
A spokeswoman for the electronics chain reveals that customers with pending orders have been informed. People who want a product quickly in their homes should go to the physical shops of MediaMarkt. This is because these shops work with their own stock.
