Van Duuren will also start stocking HEMA shops in Austria. In doing so, thelogistics service provider is expanding its previous collaboration with HEMA in Spain.
HEMA took the step into Austria this spring. It now operates two shops in the centre of Vienna. Van Duuren takes care of the supplies twice a week.
Since mid-2017, Van Duuren has been handling HEMA's entire logistics flow in Spain. The HEMA shipments to Spain are carried out by Interport, which has been part of Van Duuren since January 2017 and specialises in shipments to and from Spain. Through Interport, the logistics provider has an office in Barcelona.
"We have been extremely happy from the outset to have been able to add such a great company as HEMA to our portfolio of retail customers," Jeroen van Duuren says of the collaboration, "I see the fact that we are now also supplying the shops in Austria as a compliment to the colleagues from both companies who have started the collaboration in Spain so well."
