Logisnext, the company behind the UniCarriers and Cat Lift Trucks brands, is acquiring Frissen Intern Transport as of 1 November. Through the acquisition, Logisnext expects to achieve better coverage in the southern Netherlands.
The material handling solutions specialist has been working with Frissen Intern Transport for 25 years. "Frissen is a trusted partner for us in the Limburg area," said Erik Koudijs, Managing Director of Logisnext Netherlands. "The acquisition strengthens our presence in the province of Limburg and, together with our Venlo branch, we are perfectly positioned to serve our customers in the South-East of the Netherlands, now and in the future.
George Frissen, owner of the family business says he is handing over the baton with a good feeling. "Customer service demands will increase in the coming years. I am confident that UniCarriers is the right party to respond to this, thereby ensuring both the continuity of this financially sound company and long-term employment."
