Albert Heijn is going to sell in Amsterdam via Thuisbezorgd.nl. The most popular products from the AH to go range will be delivered to Amsterdam residents' homes by Thuisbezorgd.nl.
A Thuisbezorgd.nl courier will collect the products by e-bike from the AH to go in Ferdinand Bolstraat or Waterlooplein and deliver them home free of charge.
AH to go, Albert Heijn's convenience formula, says it offers products that are ideally suited for home delivery: soups, poké bowls, sandwiches and salads. "Ordering a lunch or meal online is becoming more and more commonplace," says Jan-Willem Dockheer, general manager AH to go.
Own delivery service Scoober
The two parties plan to evaluate the cooperation in two months' time. Thuisbezorgd.nl has been expanding the number of cities in which it works with its own deliverers for some time. Its own delivery service 'Scoober' is now active in six Dutch cities.
