Bol.com is expanding its network of parcel points in Belgium. The web retailer is opening collection points in Delhaize stores.
For now, bol.com is only installing parcel points at Delhaize stores in Flanders, Ahold Delhaize announced this morning.
Bol.com already has pick-up points in Albert Heijn stores in Belgium. The cooperation between Albert Heijn and Delhaize, both part of Ahold Delhaize, was unclear for a long time. However, it was announced this week that the supermarket chains will expand separately in Belgium. There would be no cannibalisation between the two brands.
This means that Delhaize can also expand with bol.com's parcel points. The shops in Antwerp are first, followed by other stores in Flanders.
