TNO, Deloitte, Atos, EY and KPMG have been rated by clients in supply chain and logistics as the best consultancies to do business with. This is evident from Management Team's survey of the quality and popularity of consulting firms.
MT surveyed 2,592 decision-makers from the Dutch business community for their opinions on a total of over 1,000 service providers in 53 categories. Respondents were only allowed to rate the organisations they had had business contact with in the past three years.
Respondents were asked to rate their suppliers on a scale of 1 to 10: 'How likely are you to recommend this service provider to a friend or colleague?' Research institute TNO came out on top in the Supply Chain and Logistics category, followed by Deloitte and Atos.
The consultancies were rated on three dimensions in addition to an overall score: customer focus, product leadership and excellent execution. Twynstra Gudde scored on quality of execution, while EY was rated most customer-focused.
