Parcel delivererDPDAdds letterbox deliveries to international service. ParcelLetter service focuses on foreign shipments that do not necessarily require the delivery driver to ring the doorbell.

DPD introduced letterbox delivery in the Netherlands earlier this year. Now it has decided to expand ParcelLetter to 25 countries in Europe.

Via pakkettenversturen.nl, consumers or business shippers can send parcels, catalogues, samples and letters internationally via DPD Netherlands. Eric Dietz, ceo DPD Netherlands: "Our Dutch customers are eagerly using it. It is a resounding success. Such a success that we have extended the service to international shipments."

Unlike DPD's other delivery services, ParcelLetter does not require a signature for delivery. International shipments can also be tracked via track&trace and use DPD's Predict service.
