DB Schenker has appointed Jaap Bruining as the Benelux industry's new CEO. Bruining, formerly working at Coyote Logistics, brings with him 20 years of management experience in logistics and supply chains.
"This year, DB Schenker celebrates its 150th anniversary," Jaap Bruining said in a press release. "In the past century and a half, many changes have taken place and DB Schenker has become one of the leaders in sustainability, innovation and digitalisation."
DB Schenker has around 4,000 employees in the Benelux working in 26 branches. Bruining says he expects the company to continue to live up to its pioneering spirit under his leadership. "I am proud to be part of this dynamic and forward-looking organisation," he says.
