Red je Pakketje has been delivering all orders requiring same-day delivery for web shop Greetz since the beginning of this year. "Being considerate is often impulse-driven. Same day delivery is therefore very important for our proposition," says Simen Schimmel, director at Greetz.
Greetz offers same-day delivery of orders placed before 1pm on weekdays. These include gift items such as cakes, flowers and other personalised gifts. Schimmel states that Greetz wants to enable people to "surprise someone in a unique and impactful way, even until the last minute. Same-day delivery therefore plays an important role for the company.
Red je Pakketje gives consumers expecting an order a half-hour window of time. Through an accurate track and trace code, they can track their parcel. This leads to a high delivery rate, which is a key requirement for Greetz. "A birthday present, for example, is only relevant on the day of the birthday, not after that," says Schimmel.
Integration
Greetz and Red je Pakketje invested in a link via Paazl for the partnership. This made Red je Pakketje's service available to all webshops using Paazl.
