Simon Loos is going to make home deliveries for the first time. The logistics provider has been driving for AH Online since this week.

Albert Heijn delivers groceries with around 1,500 delivery vehicles driving to individuals from hubs, and Simon Loos' distribution centre in Wognum in North Holland has now been added to this hub network. Products are brought daily from the Albert Heijn DC in Amsterdam to the Wognum location. There, Simon Loos distributes them to delivery trucks.

Expansion of the service package also means more variety in drivers for Simon Loos. After all, Albert Heijn delivery vehicles do not require a truck driving licence and working hours are flexible. The logistics service provider attracted many new colleagues, including many students and women. Drivers who want to grow further can take a truck driver training course via the Les met Loos training programme.
