The election Logistics Manager of the Year and Young Logistics Talent will be moved from September 24 to early 2021. Because the current corona measures do not provide sufficient clarity for events after 1 September, the decision has been made to move.

The board of the Logistic Manager of the Year Foundation, together with organiser Jaarbeurs, is looking at a new date in the first quarter of 2021. The exact date will be communicated via lmvhj.nl as soon as possible. "It is regrettable that we have had to take this decision. After consultation with the parties involved, we have decided that moving LMvhJ is the most sensible option," said chairman of the foundation board Boris van de Laak.

Finalists

The finalists of Logistic Manager of the Year and Young Logistics Talent will obviously remain unchanged. For Logistics Manager of the Year, they are: Maarten Bakhuizen (ASML), Stein van Est (Hollander Barendrecht) and Ronald Kleiwegt (Blume Global). The Young Logistics Talent finalists are: Giovanni Gubbels (ChainCargo), Neeltje Gubbels (Vanderlande) and Mark SugirTharajah (HelloFresh). At the beginning of 2021, it will be announced at a festive award ceremony who among them will win the titles.

Theme of the event, Skilled for the Future, will also be carried over to 2021. The programme will reflect this. Partners DHL, Olympia, Manpower, evofenedex, vLm, JLN, Right Management, KennisDC Logistiek, LogistiekProfs, WarehouseTotaal and Jaarbeurs will together give the election the stage it deserves.

Re-enrolling visitors

Visitors who have already registered will soon be notified of the new date and can thus reconfirm their participation in the event.
