Warehousing: fun makes work more efficient and safer
Creating job satisfaction not only helps to retain warehouse employees, but also makes the warehouse more efficient and safer. This was shown at a workshop organised by temporary employment agency Tempo-Team during Safe Warehouse Day, the annual event organised by evofenedex and BMWT. Warehousemen who enjoy going to work are committed, work more productively, report sick less often and are more likely to raise the alarm in case of unsafe situations.
