Albert Heijn starts delivery within 15 minutes on Amsterdam's Zuidas. Consumers can place an order on weekdays, which will be delivered by a bicycle courier at lightning speed.

Albert Heijn has launched a special website for the new delivery service: ahtogodelivery.nl. Consumers can go there on weekdays between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The order arrives at the AH to go branch on Zuidplein. A bicycle courier then brings the order to the customer on the Zuidas. For small orders under ten euros, Albert Heijn charges 1.50 euros in delivery costs.

Only the most frequently purchased items are available in AH's dedicated webshop. The supermarket chain will test the service this month and then evaluate it. If it proves successful, Albert Heijn may expand the range.
